Day 237

I ordered an Uppercase Living piece that I'm soooo excited about (and hopefully the space I ordered it for will be ready in the near future so I can share pictures of it with you.....).

The freebies of the month weren't really anything I was excited about. Not having a plan for this free little diddy and thinking of no one that would want it, I slapped it on the wall in an odd place (because after all, it was free, right?!). And now I love it. A little bit of unexpected happy. A good thing any day. A great thing on a Wednesday!!

updated: R asked me if I knew what it meant. Well. I thought I did. I guess it's one of those terms I've always used but never actually had to give a definition for. So here you go, R.

Day 233

I love all things words. I love word jewelry. I almost bit the bullet and paid for something I thought I could make myself (gasp). Instead I spent that money on a stamping kit and attempted my own. First try didn't turn out so great. Ironically enough I was trying to spell HOLD FAST and by the time I got to the A, my hands were sweaty and the stamper kept sliding on me. Ha.

Nevertheless, a fun little diddy in my attempt to do something creative everyday. And extra fun because I ran into my very favorite Jen at the craft store! It really made my day!

Day 229

So yesterday was the first day back to the job that pays the bills. I came home for lunch and was super excited to see a box labeled Kelly Moore on the front porch. What a great day for it to arrive. I used it today and R was convinced that I suckered him into letting me get a new purse in disguise as a camera bag. It really is a camera bag. Just a cute one. :)
