Day 125

Did you know that most people in Mexico do not celebrate Cinco de Mayo? It's mainly celebrated in the state of Puebla and the United States. It is not Mexico's Independence Day. It is the celebration of an unlikely victory over the French army in the Battle of Puebla.
Or.Just a really good excuse to have guacamole and cerveza mas fina con buenos amigos.

  1. I did know that because my husband served a church mission in Puebla for two years :)

    And did you hear that some kids in CA got sent home because they were wearing American Flag t-shirts at school yesterday? Makes me mad.. sorry no need to rant, just got done reading an article about it so I am steal steaming. :P
